An international awards competition that strives to emphasize “good design,” Spark Design Awards received a “record-breaking” 50% increase in entries this year, with submissions coming from more than 27 different countries. Jurors, who ranged from design experts to design educators, selected winning entries based upon certain standards. Spark has two guiding criteria: whether the design breaks new ground and if it makes the world a better place to live.

The T7 mobile technology cart expertly fulfills these two ideas. It combines Auto Fit™ technology that enables the cart to adjust to the caregiver’s entered height in just one easy step and Power Track™ steering, which gives it exceptional maneuverability. For even greater ergonomic usage, all controls on the T7 mobile technology cart are within the shoulder width of the caregiver. It also offers two different tilting monitor arm options, both of which accommodate a vast range of individuals, including those with bifocals. Due to its low center of gravity, the T7 mobile technology cart has excellent balance and stability for smoother, safer use. And it has an optimized power system and battery, with SLA and lithium battery options.

The Spark Design Award marks the T7 mobile technology cart’s fourth award. Earlier in 2013, it earned the prestigious Red Dot Award for product design.
