CHICAGO — From October 1 through 2 at Healthcare Facilities Symposium and Expo (HFSE), Humanscale will display an array of ergonomic healthcare solutions that help caregivers focus on what matters most: the patient. For even greater ergonomic usage, all controls on the T7 mobile technology cart are within the shoulder width of the caregiver. It also offers two different tilting monitor arm options, both of which accommodate a vast range of individuals, including those with bifocals. Due to its low center of gravity, the T7 mobile technology cart has excellent balance and stability for smoother, safer use. Brilliantly simple in both form and function, it has a completely encased wire management system, which mitigates both clutter and infection control concerns. And it has an optimized power system and battery, with SLA and lithium battery options.

In addition to the T7 mobile technology cart, Humanscale will display a number of ergonomic healthcare IT products that redefine the caregiving experience. Designed with the caregiver and patient in mind, ViewPoint technology wall stations can be placed in the majority of hospital room configurations. The innovative V6 technology wall station, which earned a Nightingale award in 2012, ergonomically accommodates caregivers in sitting or standing positions and features flexible monitor arms to encourage patient-caregiver interactions. The innovative V/Flex technology components combine ViewPoint’s parts, such as the Solo arm and V6 arm option, to offer an enormous range of adjustment.
